Flowline offers a number of Switch-Pro series and models for all of your remote level controller needs. Models are available in CSA approved, general purpose, or isolation versions. They are designed with built-in intrinsic safety barriers.

How The Switch-Pro™ LC40-42 Level Switch Controller Works
Available in CSA-approved, general-purpose (LC4X) or isolation (LC9X) versions, each equipped with built-in intrinsic safety barriers for use with associated apparatus, the level switch controller is provided in three configurations for pump and valve control. The LC40/90 accommodates one level switch input and delivers one 10A relay. The LC41 accepts two level switch inputs and provides one latching 10A relay for automatic fill or empty control. The LC42/92 is designed to handle three level switch inputs, offering one latching 10A relay output for automatic fill or empty control, and a second non-latching 10A relay for high level alarm or low level alarm. Choose the appropriate controller type and model, general-purpose, or isolation, based on your classification and control requirements. For field mount installation, consider adding a single or double NEMA box with optional flash and/or audible alarm.

How the Switch-Pro™ LC05-06 Compact Level Switch Works
The compact junction box for general purposes is directly mounted on a level sensor or fitting assembly, offering a convenient solution for wiring and conduit termination. It comes in two sizes – choose the LC05 for multi-point switch installations on Smart Trak™, and the LC06 for single-point switch installations on Switch-Pak™ or an individual level sensor. For termination, a removable terminal strip with slot mounts is included.
